Step 1: To start, go to the Google Analytics website.
Step 2: You will get the Welcome Google Analytics dashboard. Click on ‘Start Measuring’.
Step 3: Now Add the Account Details, and choose the Account Data Sharing Settings and click on ‘Next’.
Step 4: Create a Property. Add a Property Name, Set the Property time as per your country, and set the currency.
Step 5: Describe your Business. Select the appropriate Industry category and Business Size.
Step 6: Choose your Buisness Objective for getting the personalized Report in GA4.
Step 7: Accept Google Analytics Terms of Service Agreement
Step 8: Select any of the platform, for which you want to start collecting the data. You can also skip the option by clicking on ‘Skip for Now’ button.
Step 9: Setup Data Stream. Add the Website URL and Stream Name.
Step 10: You will get the Stream details which you have created.
Step 11: Finally, your analytics setup is done. You will get the below dashboard.
Step 1: As currently, your property is not receiving the data.
Step 2: Navigate to the Admin section
Step 3: Navigate to the Data Streams.
Step 4: Click on Configure Tag Settings.
Step 5: Click on Installation Instructions.
Step 6: Click on Install Manually.
Step 7: Copy the gtag.js code, copy and paste it in the code of every page of your website, immediately after the <head> element. Don’t add more than one Google tag to each page.
Step 8: You will get by default, page_view, scroll, etc.
